The printout is a guy complaining about how he has been abused by foreign authorities in overseas business dealing(s); however when he appealed to the Singaporean embassy, MP and police, he was dismissed with a simple 'the government cannot interfere in any commercial transactions overseas'.

He points out that in most other countries, the authorities would be happy to help their own citizen should they be abused in such a manner and draws attention to the helplessness as well as unhellpfulness of the singaporean government on said matter despite encouraging overseas investments.

He claims the circumstances of his case is obviously absurd, and that the reputation of Singapore and relelvant authrorities are at stake and that the government should treat it as a special case.
