Dynamic use of lines and colours. I assume all the chaotic spirals is to emphasize that the stress in acting inwards instead of outwards?
The foetus lives inside the uterus, connected to the mother via the attachment of an umbilical cord. There can be many interpretations for this, literal and non literal. It shows stress acting both inwards and outwards, whether in the literal sense of biological context or as a symbolic indication of life and society. There is no conclusion, no right or wrong interpretation but the original inspiration is a rather complex (hence the red spots) yet simple incident (hence the use of primary colours). To elaborate will spoil it for all.
